The company was founded in 1982 and is specialized in the research and development of automatic mechanical equipment. Besides responding to the need to lower manpower, increase production capacity and improve work environment, we also help companies to improve their original equipment.
From 1987, we began the research and development of automatic wire rod pickling, which lowers the defect rate of traditional manual operation. With the experience of machine automation, we developed the Off-Hook Pickling Line and the Continuous Pickling Line. The main features are as follows:
1. Automatic material feeding and discharging system.
2. The wire rod measuring system.
3. Anti-sway system for the wire rod conveyance.
4. Vibration and overturn system for wire rod dipping.
5. High pressure blow wash.
6. Wire rod drying system.
7. Waste emission system.
8. Remote monitoring and maintenance system.
9. Automatic chemical adding system.
Our wire rod pickling equipment has been sold in domestic and foreign markets, and received compliments from many customers.
We also provide other industrial equipment, such as special derrick cranes, conveying systems, chemical equipment, vacuum equipment, etc., and obtained practical accomplishments.
